Q8 e-tron is an upcoming electric SUV from German luxury car manufacturer Audi. It will be the flagship electric vehicle in Audi's lineup and is expected to rival the likes of Tesla Model X and Mercedes EQC. The Q8 e-tron is based on the Q8 SUV but features an electric powertrain, resulting in zero emissions.
The car is expected to have a 95 kWh battery pack, which will provide the vehicle with a range of around 270 miles on a single charge. The battery is expected to take around 10 hours to charge via a 240V outlet and just over an hour with a fast charger.
The Q8 e-tron is expected to have two electric motors, one on each axle, which will provide the vehicle with all-wheel drive. It will have a combined power output of around 429 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, allowing the vehicle to go from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.4 seconds.
The Q8 e-tron is expected to come with various driver assistance features, including adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and an automatic emergency braking system. It is also expected to have an advanced infotainment system with a large touchscreen display and connectivity options like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Audi has not yet announced the official release date and pricing for the Q8 e-tron but is expected to launch sometime in 2022.
